| Vista Ultimate x64 Bill Gates Signature Edition #3520 | Re: System restore 1. Ensure you aren't in a non-administrator account 2. Has your PC been infected with a virus / spyware in the past or present? 3. How many user accounts are there on this PC ? 4. Is this problem in all user accounts? If there is only one account, then make a new one (call it anything you want). I do not mean enabling the guest account. If after loading that account the problem is not present, then an account modification from viruses/spyware/personal hacking/not-so-great utility program may be the culprit. |
