| | email i cannot receive emails from one particular person. this person has two email addresses and neither one works. she can receive them from me. i used to get them, then there was a period when i received them intermittently, and now i do not get them at all. can anyone help? |

What email client software are you using? Have you both checked to make sure your mail client configuration settings are in order? Is the other party able to send email to other recipients? Have you checked with your ISP's tech support to see if the domain or addresses she uses are blocked for some reason (like spam abuse)? Above illustrates the kind of information you need to include, when you post to a forum related to your email client software. This is a .NET programming group. |

| | Re: email thanks but i have now solved the problem. btinternet was (arbitrarily) filtering out mail before it reached my spam folder. the only way it seemed i could solve the problem was by disabling the spam filter, which i have now done.
