Cant view photo attachments set from cell phone.

I use to be able to send photo's from my cell phone to my hotmail and
open/view them as an attachment, now it won't work. Now, when I send photo's
from my cell to my hotmail account I can see the paperclip Icon indicating
that there is an attachment, and I can see the file attachment size to the
right hand side of the message; however when I open the email message there
is no attachment. And, I can no longer view (the attachment no longer shows
up) the ones that I use to be able to open that I kept in my in-box. What's
really going on?

You need to find a forum on Hotmail for your question. There seem to be
quite a few (do a Google search to find them).

Here's one possibility:

this problem?..... i can view a few select ones here and there but not all.
