Bootable Software with Enterprise Licensing Agreement

I have downloaded many ISO's from the enterprise agreement site, but none of
them seem to be bootable after I run the ISO/IMG through Nero 8 to a CD.
Other sites are no problem and of course my Technet downloads are no problem.
Just the Enterprise Licensing site. I can run these on existing OS, but can
not from a cold boot.
Assuming I'm doing the steps correctly, are these ISO suppose to be
bootable, and secondly, is there a way to make them bootable?

Thanks.
