Vista - crystal reports Vb2005

Hi,

i'am developing an applicion in Visual basic 2005 usign ADO. On my winform
i've a groupbox with several checkboxes.
The saved value is stored in an accessDB in a specific field .
Now i want on my report the same visualty with groupbox and chexboxes. ,
but i cannot see how i can insert checkboxes and put the stored value in
the checkbox checked .
Sometimes I've 5 checkboxes which i want ot see on my report with one
checked and 4 unchecked.
How i can realise this ?
