transfering Office and Money to new PC

I purchased the Money 98 cd and have since upgraded on line to Money 2007. I
have just purchased a new computer and would like to take money from the old
one and place it on the new one. Can I do this without purchasing it again?
Do I have to first install the old 98?

I also want to know if I can transfer my Office 2002? I cannot locate my
discs, but the product key and version numbers do appear on the About tab. I
am hoping I don't have to purchase it again since I bought the real expensive
pack with Access and Publisher.
