Assuming you're using some version of Windows, you'll need to post your
question in an appropriate Windows discussion group. This is a .NET
programming group.
Here's how to find the group your need.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

In the tree on the left, first open the English category, then open Windows.
In Windows, find and open the category for your version of Windows, and find
a group there
to post in.

When you do post there, please provide detailed information, such as version
and edition of Windows (e.g. XP Home) and describe the steps leading to the
problem. Also quote any error messages you receive.
