Installing new programs, like PaintShop Pro, I got a message:
    Wrong sign in My Documents
Installing NERO 9 stops with a message:
SetupX.exe: Critical Error in installation of NERO, Message: SetupX.exe:
    Cant find UnitSetup--
Can anyone help me to install these programs properly?
    With best regards, Peter

Have you tried contactint technical support for the products in question?

    http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satelli.../1152796555474

    http://www.nero.com/enu/support.html

If that you have a Windows issue that is causing your installation
difficulties, then you should post your question in an appropriate Windows
group. Here's how to find one:

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

In the tree on the left, first open the English category, then open Windows.
In Windows, find and open the category for your version of Windows, then
    locate a group to
    post in.
