| | Computer Malfunction (Virus) I hope someone can help me. A couple of days ago I started my Gateway MX3702 Windows XP laptop and in the process of starting up, I got a message that a virus was in the computer. I tried everything but ended up having to do a system restore. I was able to get everything loaded back up but with problems. All the icons and programs I pull up look stretched and a little distorted. When I scroll down either in a program in Microsoft office or scrolling on a web site the picture waves. Everything looks stretched from left to right. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem, or is it a lost cause. I have tried everything I can think of. Please if someone can help I would be extremely grateful. This is driving me nuts. dncruler@xxxxxx Thanks, Dan |
