RE: DPM Backup Issue

Hi Microsoft Newsgroup

I get the following error from the dpm agent when I try to perfom a system
state backup.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Affected area: Computer\SystemState
Occurred since: 05-12-2008 07:58:51
Description: The replica of System State Computer\SystemState on
rsqlcn02.kph.local is inconsistent with the protected data source. All
protection activities for data source will fail until the replica is
synchronized with consistency check. You can recover data from existing
recovery points, but new recovery points cannot be created until the replica
is consistent (ID 3106)
Failed to create the System State backup. If you trying to get the system
state of a Windows 2008 Server Operating System, check if the Windows Server
Backup is installed. Check if there is enough free disk space on the
production server to store the system state. (ID 30214 Details: Internal
error code: 0x809909FB)
Recommended action: Check the event log on the protected computer
rsqlcn02.kph.local and fix any errors reported.
Synchronize with consistency check.
Run a synchronization job with consistency check...
