data execution prevention

i keep getting a data execution prevention everytime i boot up my pc in
windows xp. I opened an email and mcafee caught a virus and deleted it
however now everytime i boot up the system it goes to the dep windoa and
gives me a shut services and controler app and then a services.exe error.
help pleease

You probably are infected with a Trojan or Virus.


You need to do a full system scan using Microsoft MSRT
Download details: Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool

and a program called Malwarebytes Rogue Remover,

http://www.malwarebytes.org/roguerem...free-setup.exe

Both are free. After you do this let us know the result, including the actual names of any Virus or Trojans found
