I am sure I have some form of a virus, but cannot detect it. Ran a search

this means is that as you may get an answer here, there is probably a better
group to ask your question. I think a group like
microsoft.public.security.homeusers would probably be better. When you ask
your question there, however, I think you will probably need to provide them
with 1) why you think there is a virus, and 2) what security software and
downloads you tried.
