| | problem with windows installer i have a problem with windows installer. everytime i tried to open microsoft office the windows installer will pop up and says preparing to install. i dont understand why its like that. i was able to use microsoft word before with no problem until recently when windows installer keep popping up. thank you for any help. -- les |
