windows installing pop up

every 2-3 minutes a pop up will say windows installing. Why is this? i can't
get rid of it by cancelling. I am up to date on this and this pop up is very
annoying to me. i have tried to delete windows and can not do this. pls help.
i don't want to even turn on my computer anymore

Probably not in a .NET programming discussion group, but you can find an
appropriate Windows group this way.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

In the tree on the left, first open the English category, then open Windows.
In Windows, find and open the category for your version of Windows.
There, you'll find a group to post your question.
