| | Office 2007 Suite - Help files blank I am experiencing a problem with veiwing the help files in Office 2007 (any module). When I invoke the "Help" (hhelp button or the F1 key), I get the help screen, but only the "Table of Contents" is listed in the left pane. Clicking on any topic (says 'downloading"), then expands the topic (in the left pane), but clicking on any of those does not give me any information in the right pane (blank). I have loaded a Virtual Machine (Vista Ultimate) with Office 2007 and tested it there with NO problem (Help files work correctly), so I am sure it is not a software error. I am running Windows Vista Ultimate (SP1) and Office 2007 Professional. Any help with this problem would be welcome! |

Here's how to find one. As you appear to be using a web interface, start here to find an appropriate group: http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx Click the + beside English. then scroll down to Office and Desktop Applications. In Office and Desktop Applications, open the Office category. Find a group there to post in. |
