| | How to save html page source Dear all.. I want to save a web page on my disk, but this page is an XML transformed in HTML. I don't want to save the HTML resulted but the XML source. I've tried with these lines: System.Net.WebClient cl = new System.Net.WebClient(); cl.DownloadFile("http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Hakkar&n=Kaprica", "C:\\kaprica.XML"); The problem is that the data saved is the HTML transformed and not the XML source You can verify accessing my problem access the URL "http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Hakkar&n=Kaprica"; your browser will render it as and HTML page but if you go to the source you'll noticed this is an XML transformed according to the XSL declared Thank you very much, Lorenzo |
