I have a new keyboard but when i try to install it a message comes up asking
for files from SP3: hidusb.sys & i8042prt.sys.

I can't understand why they would be missing.

I have tried to reinstall SP3 but it says after downloading that...The
expected version of the product was not found on your system.

Can you please help me?
