Vista - File Transfer manager

Everytime I open the program I am getting Popups asking for me to "Confirm
Transfer Request"s of downloads I have already successfully completed in the
past. At first this was just mildy annoying but now I am getting about 7 or
more in a row and everytime I download more stuff, they add themselves to
this "Queue".

I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it with no fix. Any help
would be appreciated.

I have completely the same problem. it is really annoying as there is more
then 30 downloads in the queue and all of them will be cancelled. I did not
find anything how to delete this queue

You can clear the download queue by going to the following directory and deleting all the files in it:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\File Transfer Manager\RequestQueue
