Please tell us the name of the mail client you are now using, so that you
can be directed to a discussion group for that product. Is it Windows Mail,
Windows Live Mail, Outlook, or...?

There are support discussion groups for each of these products:

For Windows Mail:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

Click the + beside English. then scroll down to Windows. In the Windows
category, open the Windows Vista category to find the Mail group and post
your question there.

For Outlook:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

Click the + beside English. then scroll down to Office and Desktop
Applications. In the Office and Desktop Applications category, open the
Outlook group and post your question there.

For Windows Live Mail:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

Click the + beside English. then scroll down to Windows. In the Windows
category, open the Windows Live category to find the Mail group and post
your question there.
