| | PC will not shutdown completely instead it restarts.. Hello. One of my clients is having problen shutting down his laptop. When he shutdown his laptop, it won't shutdown completely, instead it restarts eventhough he selected the "Shutdown" from the dropdown window. He's running Windows XP. Any help is very much appreciated. Jude |
