Hello. One of my clients is having problen shutting down his laptop. When he
shutdown his laptop, it won't shutdown completely, instead it restarts
eventhough he selected the "Shutdown" from the dropdown window. He's running
Windows XP. Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks for the response. I tried that but it didn't work.
Anyways, it seems that I keep hitting the wrong newsgroup. I selected
English | Windows | General Discussion to post my question but I guess it's
