Logitech mx310 buttons

Hope somebody can help me. New computer, Windows Vista 64bit and I can't get
the side buttons to work. It's a six button mouse. Left and right and scroll
work fine.
Logitech web site does not have Mouseware program for Windows Vista. Mouse
properties with Vista doesn't give me the option to set up other buttons.

Logitech technical support may be of assistance:

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/su...oads/&cl=us,en

Ask them why they don't support your mouse in Vista.

To pursue this from a Vista perspective, you should ask in a Vista
discussion group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

In the tree on the left, first open the English category, then open Windows.
In Windows, find and open the category for Windows Vista.
In that category, find a group to post in.

Re: Logitech mx310 buttons

Are you sure, that new is a side bar button anymore altough I could not find
the mx310 as a mouse from Logitech, are you sure it is Logitech?

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/44...=us,en?osid=13

this is a developers newsgroup but I was curious, normally you can follow
the advice from Peter
