Vista - unable to access administrator account

this is a follow up post, i deleted the account that had administrator
privileges after being infected by a virus. when i do the ctrl + alt + del
twice i do have the classic log on screen but it won't allow me to create
another user or access the old adm. account thanks for all your help

To find the group you need...

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

In the tree on the left, first open the English category, then open Windows.
In Windows, find and open the category for your version of Windows.
In that category, find a group to post in.
