Bad image error message - help badly needed

Hi,

I have a huge problem on my laptop - it's brand new but these last few days
I keep getting the same error message over and over - from the very first
second I start my computer and they never disappear.

They say for instance:

BN6C.tmp - Bad Image
The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\hapoyuho.dll is not a valid
Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

However, my laptop was pre-programmed and did not come with a diskette.

When I click "ok" to close the pop-up it simply re-appears.

What do I do to fix this?

Hi,

You could try running Malwarebytes, from :

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

and see if it comes up with anything.

The trial version is free as long as you want - you just need to update and scan manually.

Hope it helps
