Vista - Looking for a report solution

Hi All,

I need to create a report that images should be loaded into the report
editor based or their size in terms of pixels and categories. The point is
that after images are loaded the user may need to move them around and maybe
change the title of the images and then run the report as pdf.

Anybody has idea about a report engine like that will allow me to work with
its editor? Or any other idea implemented it?
