The most important thing for me with a tool is, that I have support for a
long time.

I know a well known reporter tool maker, that has changes all its links on
Internet.
It devaluated that product to an amateur tool for me.

Just some empty phrases as that it is free, professional, java or any other
empty words don't give me the idea that the tool is usable for a long
lifetime.
