Vista - Windows Mobile Manager

When will there be a clear answer to:

1. How to get resolved "there has been a change made on your server that
requires you to re-sync all itmes on your device. All changes will be lost"
2. How to rotate Word and excel on the htc touch HD or better how to rotate
all program running WM 6.1
3. The search/replace bar in excel in the htc touch HD does NOT show and the
space where it is dissappears after one tap. Result the search/replace
function becomes 'gray' and can't be used anymore
4. How to export SMS messages so to backup them on a PC (or print)

Thanks very much. (I happen to run Vista and have Norton 360)
