Transporter Suite for Internet Mail IMAP

I am trying to use the transporter suite and it works fine, so as long as the
mailbox is empty, once I put messages in my test mailboxes it says "completed
successfully" but no mails are moved. the warning i am given is below:

Summary: 1 item(s). 1 succeeded, 0 failed.
Elapsed time: 00:00:07

uone@xxxxxx
Completed

Warning:
Failed to retrieve the properties of a message in folder INBOX for the
following reason: Object reference not set to an instance of an object..

Exchange Management Shell command completed:
'Microsoft.Exchange.Transporter.Provider.PopImap.InternetMailboxMeta' |
Move-IMAPMailboxToExchange -AllowUnsecureConnection $true
-TargetClientAccessServer 'CAS Server' -MaxThreadCount '0' -GlobalCatalog 'GC
Server'-Quiet

Elapsed Time: 00:00:07

bo mails are moved, i've followed the articles and no mails are larger than
3MB even though I changed that in web.config, i've added the appropriate
impersonation rights. it connects to the mailbox fine.

i'm frustrated that microsoft offers this tool but zero support, even the
help file doesn't contain all the steps needed to get this thing going. any
help would be appreciated but with zero hits on google for this error, i'm
not hopeful.
