Dovetailed machine slides with adjustable gibs for long-lasting accuracy, ground steel bed and cast base for rigidity, instrument quality finishes, laser engraved aluminum adjustable zero handwheels, precision rolled leadscrews, inch or metric calibrations available, powerful DC motor with electronic speed control, 70-2800 RPM range, two 20mm headstock bearings with adjustable preload, extra pulley position for high torque, rotating headstock for taper turning. Spindle has #1 Morse internal taper, ¾-16 external thread, .405 through hole. Includes faceplate, drive dog, tool post, ¼ right-hand HSS cutting tool, two dead centers, two chuck arbors and drawbolt, 4 hex adjustment keys and 2 spindle bars, 48-page color instruction manual. Turn wood, plastic, brass, aluminum or steel (Stainless and Titanium with optional carbide tools) to tolerances of less than 1/1000. Made in USA. A Package includes 3.1 3-jaw chuck and 3/8 Jacobs tailstock drill chuck. Save money compared to adding chucks separately.
