How Do I remove one page out a document???

Someone please help...I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure this out. I
have a document of 12 pages. I want to take 1 page out and email to a group.
How can I remove just one page?

Are you talking about a document that you created, such as a Word document?
If so, why not just copy and paste the page content you want into a second
document, save it and then send the second document to whomever you wish?
