Vista - computer crash while online

I have a problem with my computer crashing and no power until I unplug it and
plug it back in. It only happens when I am online. I have been trying to find
out the problem. HELP!!!

What version/edition of Windows? Are all drivers up to date? Is your Windows
up to date via WU? Is there any error message? If so, please quote. When did
the problem start? What hardware/software changes were made just before the
problem appeared? Have you tried going back to a restore point prior to the
problem's first occurrence?
As a WAG, if it only occurs when you go online, check for updated drivers
for your NIC.
There is also the possibility of hardware issues. Temperature readings?
Alternate PSU?
