Help Cannot Open Network Connections

Hi,
I cannot open Network Connections for some reason. I need to access Network
connections so I can change my DNS address so I can surf the web and play
certain online games. Whenever I click on Network connections nothing happens
at all. I already tried the run commands for Network connections which didnt
work I also tried opening Network Connections in Safe Mode and tried every
backdoor into network connections and ran virus, spyware, and registry scans,
nothing works. I even checked if Network Connections was installed on my PC.

Before this happend I kept getting a Run DLL system 32 error and I would
randomly get a blue physical memory dump screen which I think I fixed it and
the Run DLL error does not come up any more when I start up my PC. I am not
sure if that has anything with my network connections working but it might
help you guys to help me with this problem.

Please Help

I bet you will get better answers from posting in the appropriate Windows
group.

Your question has nothing to do with .NET, which is the topic for this
discussion group. To get help with your connectivity issue, first contact
your ISP's technical support and see what advice they can offer. If it is
some sort of Windows issue, then you should ask in a discussion group for
your version of Windows. Here's how.

As you appear to be using a web interface, go here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In Windows, find
and open the subcategory for your version of Windows, and find a group there
for your post.
