Vista - Favorites addresses disappear when deleting cookies

Is there a way to prevent the favorites addresses from disappearing when
deleting cookies? I delete cookies on a periodic basis when clearing the temp
folders, etc.

In the tree on the left, open English, then open the Windows subcategory. In
Windows, find
