| Guest | MS Office home/Student 2007 edition purchased 11/2007 I purchased MS Office home/student ed. 11/2007 my laptop that I had it installed on completely crashed an is no longer usable. I need to know if I can reinstall or if I have to purchased a new edition? |

When you are asked to activate the product, automatic activation will probably fail, but you can use the phone activation option (follow the prompts until you actually talk to a person) to explain your circumstances and complete activation manually. |
