IE -32 and 64 bit on Vista x64

Hi,
I have converted vb6 ocx controls to .net which in turn generates .net dll
and complied to "Any CPU" on windows xp. i have a doubt wheather this dll
would work in Vista x64- IE- 64 bit browser and 32 bit browser.

Thanks for you time in advance.
Sanjay
