I am looking for a good
content management system in
ASP.Net using MySQL database or any open source database
..
Does anyone know which one is available?

I don't know of any off hand that use MySQL, but searching sites like
CodePlex yields numerous CMS systems. If you find one you like that uses
SQL Server, there are sites with advice on hooking to MySQL instead, so I
would head that route.

What about DotNetNuke it runs with MS-SQL server, but if I'm not mistaken
they also support mySql and FireBird though.
