WCF and com

I have an vb6 application that uses a vb6 data object for database access
that has been live for many years.
I have just written a web service using WCF that also uses the vb6 data
object and all works ok. However sometimes the error 'object variable or with
block variable not set' is returned from the com object. There is no
consistency to this, if I call the webservice using the same parameters, most
of the time it will be ok but now and again I get the error.

Any ideas?

Find some old threads of mine using this query:
http://groups.google.com/groups/sear...og&sitesearch=

and it'll show you how to use the
SvcTraceViewer.exe
utility

You need to setup some things in your config file before you can use the
SvcTraceViewer.exe program.
