Vista - Compiling error

The code below doesn't compile (after I added ": IComparable" on the
first line). Any advice on how to get it compiled?

public class LongTermLimitOnBuy : LongTermLimit : IComparable
{
public LongTermLimitOnBuy(double price, int shares) : base

{
}
