Vista - Downloading links in 4shared

I'm not sure whether this is the correct place to be asking this, but am not
sure where to go. Lately, (like in the past few weeks), when I try to
download a link in 4shared, the amount of time to download starts at a few
minutes and then keeps climbing, to days even (like 2 days, 3 hours and 5
minutes) that it says it will take to d/l the item. These are simple d/l's
such as I've done in the past (such as a scrap kit). I don't know what's
happening or how to fix it.

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the
Windows subcategory, find and open the subcategory for your version of
