Vista - FSX grass runways Showing Black

I have a little problem with the default FSX grass runways, they are being
represented by a large black (VOID) runway. I have tried this over many
different countries with the same result. I can't pinpoint when it started.

Using FSX SP2 (DX9) on Vista 32 Bit, I have REX2 installed & all of the ORBX
scenery (Australian Products ) installed.

By the way this does not occur when ORBX Scenery is activated only when
going back to the Default. I am fairly sure ORBX has nothing to do with it
because it uses a different set of textures.

I also uninstalled REX to see if that was the culprit, but the had same
result.

I think I must have some missing OR corrupted textures but I don't know
which ones.

I would appreciate some help if possible, I have spent hours searching the
net for something but alas have come up empty.
