This newsgroup if for the .net framework - you need to find a newsgroup
which deals with Windows XP, but you'll want to search with google for the
    error message first (hint).

    Hello, Patsy.
To add a bit to the other responses, here's how to find a discussion group
    for Windows XP.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

    http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the Windows
subcategory, find and open the subcategory for Windows XP, and
find a group to post in.

I think the general type of advice you'll get is not to use 3rd party
registry cleaners, as they often do more harm than good.
