Windows Mail

I have unable to receive e-mail from two contacts, they are listed in my
contacts and not on the junk mail list. At the same time this began, I
noticed that my junk mail folder was no longer receiving the daily regular
mail that had been filling it regularly and it was not in my inbox either. I
would appreciate help with this. It seems to me that my junk mail and those
two contacts were suddenly re-routed.

Asking in a .NET programming discussion group is unlikely to to get you much
help. You need to ask in the Windows Mail group. Here's how to find it.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the Windows
subcategory, find and open the Windows Vista subcategory. There, you'll see
the discussion group for Windows Mail. Ask there.
