Primary Laptop & Secondary TV

When starting up windows XP or using screen saver cloned image appears on TV.
When view desktop on primary, TV only shows wallpaper, without icons. Mouse
pointer visible on TV when moved off of primary desktop. When I turn off
Extended Window, TV is detached.

You need to ask in a discussion group for Windows XP, not in this .NET
programming group.
Here's how to find one.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the Windows
subcategory, find and open the Windows XP subcategory, and
find a group there for your post.
