Vista - When I open outlook I keep getting an error msg.

When I open outlook I keep getting an error msg... An unknown error has
occurred. Account: 'pop-server.tampabay.rr.com', Server:
'pop-server.tampabay.rr.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Error Number: 0x800C0133. I keep receiving the same 8 msgs. over and over and
it will not allow me to delete any of them. I'm running XP on my pc.

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Office and Desktop
Applications. In the Office and Desktop Applications subcategory, find and
open the Outlook subcategory. Find a group there for your question.
