wlanapi.dll problems (wifi)

Hey everyone, I'll make this short and quick. I installed D-LInk 64 bit vista drivers for WDA-2320 and when I run the D-Link software I get the error, "The procedure entry point apsapply could not be located in the dynamic link library wlanapi.dll." Also the card does not show up device manager. I'm desperate for this card to work.

Any ideas would be great!

Re: wlanapi.dll problems (wifi)

HI there. Have you tried rolling back the drivers in the device manager? Or a system restore to before you applied the new drivers?

Re: wlanapi.dll problems (wifi)

Once I installed my D-Link wireless adapter, I received these two errors. My D-Link device works, but they still pop up every time my computer starts (and it also says "D-Link card not working" or something to that effect, even though it clearly is working.) The two errors are:

The procedure entry point apsApply could not be located in the dynamic link library wlanapi.dll.

The procedure entry point apsInitialize could not be located in the dynamic link library wlanapi.dll.

Hi Beatnixx,

goto Dlinks website and get the latest drivers and application for your device, The one your using was never built for Vista
