E229 USB modem ???

Hey,

I just want to know what is going on with vista x64. i have vista ultimate and im trying to run a 3 mobile broadband USB port thing. and it just wont work is there anything i can do.???

and how could 3 mobile (huch) or who ever makes the E220 modems not make it ready to use for vista x64 ???
what is going on anyone please help me !!!

Do you have the model and make of your Broadband card also the network provider? I can check with them all for a compatible Vista 64bit driver if you like...

hi steven , yes its a 3 mobile broadband usb modem. with the survice provider Three (3).
the usb model is, E220 HSDPA USB MODEM

iv been running it on my PC using XP for a year and when i try it on a friends laptop (32bit) vista it work perfectly, it just will not work on mine and i dontknow any one else with the new 64x vista.

if you could help me to hind out what to download and update it would be a huge help?

Just dont flash the firmware if the driver successfully works...Especially dont update the firmware on Vista either..It will kill the device...

Do you have any luck getting it working?
