I have a netgear WG311T 108Mbps wireless PCI network card, but I can't seem to get it to respond in the 108Mbps mode, even though I have a router kicking out 108Mbps. Is the 64x version of Vista capable of this transfer speed with wireless cards, and if so how do I make sure it will do it?

Hi Krypt and Welcome to VistaX64.com!
Have you downloaded the latest drivers and updated your device? Here: Support Page Also what type of security are you using? This can affect the 108Mbit XRange. |

Hi krypt0,
108 Mbps is a theorical value, you'll never get this value in practice. Your card has to be compatible with the router, being from the same manufacturer is an insurance. I have a MIMO install at home, but never i can reach more than 50 mbps. |
