| DJ ![]() Rep Power: 11 ![]() ![]() ![]() | Throttaling Found what system the Major Inter Provider In canada useing to slow down there inter net . Throttaling is Alegal but thought every one in Canada who should don't let the isp tell you something difrrent from 4:PM to 2:AM thease Programs will be affected by it. NetEqualizer provides detection, reporting and bandwidth restriction capabilities for scores of applications, including Aimcontent, Cisco IP phones, FTP, KAZAA, Nortel, SMTP, Altigen, Citrix, Gnucleus, LimeWire, NEC, SIP, Aspire, Counterstrike, H323, Morpheus, POP3, Swapper, Avaya, eDonkey, HTTP, MsnMessenger, Realaudio, Toshiba, Bearshare, GNUTELLA, IMAP, Music Match, RealPlayer, UDP bittorrent, Emule, Iwatsu, MVP210, Shore Tell, Vonage and WinMX. NetEqualizer also has the ability to recognize any application by traffic pattern so that managers can restrict its bandwidth. Built-in flexibility allows network administrators and operators to change all settings in real-time, with no affect on network service quality. Organizations requiring 100% network uptime can configure NetEqualizer for redundancy, with two NetEqualizer appliances running in parallel. For voice customers, NetEqualizer has the ability to provide priority for all major IP PBX products and major Vendor Specific VoIP applications (VSVAs). So A Group of Fought Back With The Canadian CRTC To Stop Bell Sympatico From Doing this. Fo us who are paying for the Total Max Service 16meg down load and supposto be 1.5 meg up Load well they Stopped that with there correction software. where supposto be on FAST-PASS But they Switched us to Interleave they Sympatico say's it's Maditory For Off Canadian ISP Providers . Wrong On Some Part's There . Hydro One Our Power Compony Own's The Fiber Optics Lines here In Toronto I think Some Of The User's who are On The Total-Max Service Better Check Into This And There are Web Sites To Stop This From Bell-Sympatico. Where paying for the fast Pass Speed But Have Been Jipped out According To My Old B1 Number I Printed Out everything and Is Enough Evidence to take Sympatico To Court. Not Only Me Has The Test Board Office In Hamilton Ontario Canada Switching BAS Ports On there Customers but have slowered there speeds putting some of there Sympatico Customers farther Away From The Central Office. I Know Cause I was On Bas 7 To Base 1 Then To Bas 5 Now I'm On Bas 3 they tryed to tell us there was a Fiber cut in Our Area Accourding to the Stats I have from Hydro One there wasn't any in the Time frame peoriod They Changed The Bas Ports Nice try Sympatico And Better Up Date You're Software Lanturn For The Techs And Web Care Cause I can have them Dissabled and New Software Put In Place After This . So Ever Watch Criminal Minds.... I Do The Same Thing In My Spare Time. I have the Same Accsess to Most Goverment data bases . Besides Testing Computer's Takeing The Apart Putting The Back Together I'm Glad they have Vistax64.com I check back here time to time to see new update fixes for thing's . have met a lot great new friends along the way Last edited by DjLevel9; 05-22-2008 at 01:39 PM. |
