Can't print from InterNet Explorer

issue started today, when I go to print a page or anything off the internet explorer I get an error message. Error message is " [Window Title]

Cannot find 'file:///C:/Users/username/AppData/Local/Temp/Low/CJ30HFE8.htm'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.

When I go to a different website to see if I could print that I get same erorr but with a different .htm file.

The printer I have is a Lexmark x8350

Accessories
right click on command prompt
run as administrator

can't really tell what these are (OI)(CI)low
is that a capital o and a lower case L ?

Cut and paste the entire script. You can paste in the command prompt by right click the mouse and paste.

I just got this message when i typed in icacls C:\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low

Did you right click command prompt and run as administrator? You can also disable UAC, reboot and run the script.

yeah I right clicked on the command prompt and clicked on Run as Administrator.

I googled yesterday temp/low vista and got the script.

It says Administrator C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe on top of the command prompt . I pasted the " icacls C:\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low" . Now i get this "

You forgot the icacls
