| vista home premium 32bit | Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site I get this message after being on site for a short time. Primarly it is on Ebay site. My XP machine works fine. Any clues. Let me know. |

Have you performed any sort of autotuning disabling on your machine, or else 'tweaked' the TCP/IP settings? FWIW, Vista doesn't do well with tweaked TCP/IP settings like XP does - it has an autotuning feature that dynamically changes the values for various settings n the TCP/IP stack as needed, thereby making the need for tweaked TCP/IP settings a thing of the past. |
