| Vista Ultimate x64 | wirless timing out Wireless connection times out after so many minutes of inactivity on computer, I cannot find setting to prevent this. I want continuous wireless connection without having to work five minutes at waking up the wireless connection and getting another ip address assigned. None of my other computers are timing out. I don't know if this is a vista or hp computyer problem? What settings can I check? Last edited by wvelmtree; 07-04-2008 at 07:02 PM.. Reason: I tried to correct spelling in subject line. |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: wirless timing out Thanks, I alreadry tried that it did not work. I did contact Hp online assistance and they had me go to Start, run and then type in some config strings, I can not remember exactly but something like configreset/resetip, It seems to work I just got on this morning and it was ready to go, still connected. |
